This project was inspired by a beautiful 40+ acre ranch outside Weatherford, Texas. The property owner had originally envisioned an upscale wedding venue and chuckwagon catering facility with RV spaces and "glamping" style accommodations. I created the main logo below, as well as alternate versions that serve different purposes. The logo invokes a modern yet rustic feel pairing the high-contrast serif font with a delicate and familiar sans. The diamond shape represents "tesoro" meaning treasure. The lines bursting from the center remind me of brightness radiating or shining, much like a diamond would. The circle logo variation lends itself to a camping patch and "glamping" experience. Since the beginning of 2018, the entire project evolved into one simple AirBnB on the property and all these ideas were scrapped, but I'd still vacation here!
