Villaggio del Vino
The restaurant industry has been hit particularly hard during Covid, but Villaggio del Vino has remained open to serve the community since the early days of the shutdown. To reach customers during the beginning of the crisis, I wrote copy for, designed, and published email and social media campaigns in real time as the situation evolved. Along with with branded emails to keep customers informed, the combined efforts of the campaigns significantly increased social media interactions. Web traffic increased as well with almost 30% more page views from the previous month. I also maintained various 3rd party app accounts for Villaggio del Vino (including Yelp for Business, Google Business, TripAdvisor, OpenTable, etc.) as well as being responsible for all website updates through WordPress.
